皮肤的结构

皮肤由表皮、真皮、皮下组织、血管、淋巴管、神经、肌肉等构成。

1、表皮层包括

（1）角质层：防止外界的刺激，并同时给皮肤提供水分。

（2）透明层：控制皮肤水分，防止水分侵入和大量进入。

（3）颗粒层：防止异物侵入，过滤紫外线，决定皮肤的抵抗能力。

（4）有棘层：蕴含水分和氧气，可以维持表皮层的弹性，增殖新生细胞。

（5）基底层：负责表皮的生长。它含有两种细胞：负责表皮生长的基底细胞和保护皮肤决定皮肤颜色的黑色素细胞。

2、真皮层主要由结缔组织构成，还有神经、血管、淋巴管、肌肉等；真皮结缔组织由胶原纤维和弹力纤维、基质以及细胞成分组成；胶原纤维具有韧性，耐拉力；弹力纤维多与胶原纤维交织在一起，富有弹性，使伸展或牵拉的皮肤恢复原状。

3、皮下组织也称为皮下脂肪层，充满脂肪细胞和疏松的结缔组织。

4、皮肤附属器包括毛发、毛囊、皮脂腺、指甲、小汗腺（外泌汗腺）及大汗腺（顶泌汗腺）。
